On napabeauty.in you can complete your purchase by entering your contact details. You can also become a registered user on the website for multiple purchases. Registering is very easy. We will only ask you for the information we need to speed-up the purchase process. Your order information will always be available to you through the link in your account if you are a registered client, or through the link we send you in your confirmation email if you are a guest customer.
Cart
You can view the contents of your purchase in your cart and change or delete the number of items in your order. Please remember that napabeauty.in does not guarantee that items you save in your basket will remain in stock. Therefore, if one of them sells out, you will be able to see that information once you try to purchase the item.
Order Status
You will receive email updates on the status of your order. You can also access this information in the section “Your Account”. If you are not registered, click on the “Order information” link in the confirmation email to track your order.
Order Modifications
After completing your purchase we will send you a confirmation email with all the details. Please remember that it will not be possible to cancel or amend your order if it has already been shipped.

Time Of Payment
Your purchase will be charged as soon as you complete your order. Some banks may show both a pre-authorisation and the actual subsequent charge. This amount will be automatically released. If this does not happen, we recommend that you contact your bank to expedite the release of the pre-authorisation.

About Cashback
Cashback will be credited in the user’s Napa wallet account after 7 days of a successful transaction or once the Return period will be over. The cashback will be in the form of a discount. Please see the Terms and Conditions below for more details:
How to avail the offer
1. Create your new account with Napa on napabeauty.in or login using your existing Napa account.
2. Proceed to the payments page and select Wallet cashback as your payment option.
3. If you are eligible for Cashback, the same will be added as a Cashback in your Napa Wallet.
4. You will also receive an Email/ SMS notifying you about the cashback credited in your account.
Terms and Conditions
1. Offer valid for India users only.
2. The cashback will be in the form Napa Wallet cash which can be redeemed with your next Transaction/ Shopping with us.
3. The cashback will be valid for 90 days from the date of order placed. Check your Email/ SMS for the actual expiry date of cashback.
4. As per cashback policy, the user will be eligible to use cashback worth 70% of the order value.

6. A customer can earn cashback up to 1 lakh in their lifetime.
7. The cashback amount can only be applied as a discount for your eligible purchases. The cashback amount cannot be credited into any pre-paid instrument issued under applicable RBI laws.
8. Transactions processed through Virtual Cards will not be eligible for this cashback.
9. If your order is cancelled by the payer /refunded by the merchant, Napa cashback that has been awarded to your account will be withdrawn.
10. In case of cancellations/ refunds where awarded cashback is used or for partial cancellations, a refund will be processed as per Napa policies.
11. In cases of fraudulent/suspicious transactions, Napa solely reserves the right to revoke the cashback offer/ not award the cashback at all.

Cashback is eligible only on the paid amount. No cashback will be available on the payment made using Napa wall
