Shipping & Delivery Policy

Standard delivery is free for all orders above Rs. 399. The estimated delivery time is between 5-7 working days, depending on the delivery address.

For order containing multiple Products, delivery may be made in multiple shipments. Upon placement of the order, the estimated shipping and delivery timelines shall be available on order details page. The estimated delivery times are indicative, hence there may be some unforeseeable delays, which are beyond our control. In the event, the Company is unable to deliver the Product within the estimated delivery date due to any reason, you will be notified by an e-mail the reason for such delay. You will have the right either to cancel the ordered Product or wait for the Product to be delivered. Please note that your order will be cancelled due to: (i) unavailability of the Product ordered; or (ii) at your instructions, in the event of failure to deliver the Product on the expected time of delivery by our delivery partners.

You may track your order with the tracking number in your dispatch confirmation email. Orders may also be tracked, by clicking the ‘Your orders’ option on you My Accounts page. The order status can be tracked after 24 hours from the time of dispatch.


1. Can I modify my address and phone number after placing the order?

Once your order has been placed, your address and phone number cannot be modified. From the time we receive an order, our products are shipped out within a very short window, and once dispatched, cannot be modified.

2. How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel order from CANCEL button from order details page under My account section. You just need to give reason for cancellation, and leave rest on us. Please remember that it will not be possible to cancel or amend your order if it has reached the ready to ship stage.

3. How can I replace my items?

All our products are non-exchangeable and non-returnable, unless damaged or defective. To replace damaged or defective items, write to us at within 48 hours of receiving the product (after which the product is not liable for exchange). Don’t forget to attach your order invoice and a picture of the damaged product.

4. What is the expected time period for a refund to be successful?

All approved refund credits will be made in the original Method of Payment within 7 working days. The same will reflect in your bank statement if paid online.

5. How do I use the Napa wallet?

In case you haven't created an account with us, register for an account with the email ID used at the time of placing all your previous orders.

6. How do I redeem my cashback?

You can redeem cashback and spend the balance of any purchase from your Napa wallet by logging into your account. If you haven't created an account with us, you can register for an account using the email ID used at the time of placing all your previous orders! As simple as that.

7. Do you ship internationally??
